I was so honored to be featured in Adam Roberts’ excellent cookbook along with some of the greatest chefs in America. The book features three of my recipes: West Indies Style Hot Sauce (better known as “Too Hot for Charlie”), a two-cheese and spinach calzone, and Smoked Chicken Croquettes.
There are a lot of really good recipes in this book. I had such a fun time cooking with Adam, but I envy that he got to share a kitchen with some truly great chefs.
